At SOL, we address the challenge of talent shortage by recruiting foreign specialists to Finland from outside the European Union.

Our service includes all arrangements and official matters related to immigration and integration, such as work permits, personal identity numbers, tax cards, personal and KELA cards, and bank accounts. We arrange furnished accommodation and other necessary matters so that the professional is ready for their first work shift at our client company. If needed, we also assist in the employment of the spouse.
